Who's Mena?
Hi! I'm Timena Sarratt. I became a licensed Zumba Instructor in 2018 after struggling to answer the question "what makes ME happy". I enjoy Zumba because it's a workout that feels like a party. It also allows me to meet others who want to take care of themselves while having a good time.
